Mark L. Dake, DDS, MSD, PC
Dr. Mark L. Dake is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, where he graduated with distinction. Dr. Dake received his Master of Science in Dentistry and his orthodontic certification from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1986.
Having been in private practice since 1986, he currently serves as chairman for the Council of Governmental Affairs for the American Association of Orthodontists, and is a member of several professional organizations:

In his free time Dr. Dake enjoys spending time with his wife Kim and their children, Merritt, Miles, and Anne Katherine. They enjoy activities such as basketball, attending sporting events and fly fishing. Dr. Dake is also involved with his church, First United Methodist Church of West Plains.
Wade L. Murphy, DDS, IC
Dr. Wade L. Murphy obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Washington University School of Dentistry, where he graduated Cum Laude. He then received his specialty certification in orthodontics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry.
Dr. Murphy has practiced orthodontics since 1975, initially working with the U.S. Dental Corps. He began practicing with Orthodontic Specialists of the Ozarks in 2006.
Dr. Murphy is a member of the following organizations:

- Arkansas State Dental Association
- Arkansas Association of Orthodontists
He performs volunteer services with the Mountain Home Christian Clinic.
Away from the office Dr. Murphy enjoys fishing (especially fly fishing for trout), photography, scuba, hiking, boating, canoeing and traveling. He and his wife Diane, and their children Shay and Will, are members of the First United Methodist Church in Mountain Home.
David J. Sander, DMD, MDS
Dr. David J. Sander obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2006, where he graduated cum laude. He then received his Masters in Dental Science and orthodontic certification from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Dentistry in May of 2009. He began practicing with Orthodontic Specialists of the Ozarks in July of 2009. Dr. Sander is a member of the following professional organizations:
- American Association of Orthodontists
- American Dental Association
- The International Association of Student Clinicians – American Dental Association
- Phi Beta Kappa
In his free time Dr. Sander enjoys spending time with his wife, Dawn, and son Jack. He also enjoys reading, traveling, and singing.
